Muscle Therapy
Ease tension. Restore balance.Focused bodywork built to release tension at the source, not just mask it. From a quick reset to a full recovery session, each option is scaled to how much time you have and how deep you want to go.
Available at all three locations.
-
Muscle Therapy is best for everyday tightness, stiffness, and general body tension. Your therapist targets the areas that need the most attention and adjusts pressure to your comfort level throughout the session.
-
Choose light pressure for a gentle, relaxing session, medium for balanced tension relief, or firm for deeper muscle work. Pressure can be adjusted at any point during your session.
-
Book a shorter session to focus on one or two areas, or a longer session for full-body work or multiple areas of tension. For a less rushed, more complete treatment, we recommend booking more time.
Lymphatic Recovery
Drain. Restore. Renew.Gentle, targeted work to support drainage and ease puffiness, from a focused face and head treatment to a full-body session.
Available at Midtown West and Upper East Side.
-
Lymphatic Recovery is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that supports the body's natural lymphatic flow and circulation. It helps ease puffiness, fluid retention, and a heavy or swollen feeling, leaving the body lighter and refreshed.
-
Lymphatic Recovery uses lighter pressure and slow, targeted movements rather than deep muscle work. Depending on the session, your therapist focuses on the face and head, or works across the full body.
-
Lymphatic Recovery is best for puffiness, mild fluid retention, travel-related swelling, or anyone wanting a gentle, recovery-focused treatment. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider before booking.
Skin Renewal
Restore. Refresh. Reveal.A facial menu built around what your skin actually needs that day, whether that's a quick refresh before an event or a deeper, more restorative treatment.
Available at all three locations.
-
The right facial depends on how your skin looks and feels that day. Your esthetician tailors the treatment to concerns like dryness, dullness, congestion, sensitivity, or a general refresh.
-
Arrive with clean skin if possible, and tell your esthetician about any recent treatments, active skincare ingredients, or sensitivities. Avoid strong exfoliants or retinoids shortly before your appointment.
-
Most guests leave feeling hydrated, refreshed, and visibly renewed. Mild redness or sensitivity can occur depending on the treatment, so keep your skincare routine gentle afterward and use SPF.
Foot Rub
For grounding and lightness.A Kuku original. Simple, effective, and often the treatment people come back for again and again.
Available at all three locations.
-
A Foot Rub focuses on the feet and lower legs, using rhythmic pressure and massage techniques to ease everyday tension and fatigue. It's an easy reset after walking, traveling, or a long day.
-
No, Foot Rub is designed for relaxation, comfort, and tension relief, not clinical reflexology. Your therapist adjusts pressure based on what feels best for you.
-
Book a shorter session for a quick refresh, or a longer session to work through tired feet and lower-leg tension. Foot Rub also pairs well with a body treatment for a more complete reset.
Specialized Care
Recovery. Sleep. Skin Health.A curated set of treatments for more specific needs, including postpartum recovery, stress relief, and targeted skin therapies.
Currently available at Midtown West (57th Street) only.
-
Specialized Care includes Head Reset, Bright Eyes Therapy, Postpartum Reset, Neck & Décolleté Care, Back Detox Therapy, and Microdermabrasion as an add-on. Each is designed around a specific recovery, relaxation, or skin concern.
-
Choose based on your main focus, stress and sleep, postpartum recovery, puffiness, or a targeted skin concern. Our team can help guide you to the right treatment if you're unsure.
-
Let us know about any pregnancy, recent procedures, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment. Some Specialized Care services may need to be adjusted or may not be suitable in certain situations.
