Some occasions are better shared. Bring your group to one of our three Manhattan spas — Lower East Side, Midtown West, or Upper East Side — or we'll pack up and come to your office or living room instead.

We host groups of 4 to 20: teams that need a reset, bridal mornings, birthdays, and the odd Tuesday that just needed to be better. Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, and everyone in your group can pick something different.
